Anaheim, CA(Hollywood Today)1/23/14/What a great day to be at the 37th NAMM show in beautiful sunny Anaheim, California.  It was nice to see all of the people coming out to support this great event.  I am sure the east coasters are loving this Southern California weather.   I was able to speak with quite a few guests and exhibitors and I had to apologize that they missed our 15 minutes of winter!  Perhaps next year we will get some weather.

It was a great first day of the show.  To be a part of the excitement of all the vendors setting up their booths to promote and support the music industry is quite an experience. Joe Lamont, NAMM President, spoke about the dominant theme this year which promotes youth and music.  What a great thing because the youth of the world will change the music of today.  The music industry has seen so much change in such a short time and it continues to evolve in this world of instant gratification.  It’s a great unscripted movie.
