Protestors Tie Up Hollywood and Highland Over Police Shootings
For the second time, crowds gathered to protest police shootings at an intersection where the LAPD recently killed a street performer

At least one person was taken into custody tonight as dozens of protesters marched through Hollywood, at times impeding traffic.
The protest against the failure of grand juries to indict white police officers in connection with the deaths of unarmed black men and two fatal shootings by the Los Angeles Police Department, was organized by the Stop Mass Incarceration Network.
The group called for participants to meet at 7 p.m. at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

The intersection was the scene of a fatal officer-involved shooting of a man allegedly armed with a knife one week ago.
One person was taken into police custody at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and DeLongpre Avenue, according to KCAL9.
