Pygmy Pinscher Antiques Still in Limbo
Pygmy Pinscher Antiques' proprietor Allen Hatch says his business is suffering while he works out a dispute with his landlord.
Patch recently caught up with Pygmy Pinscher Antiques proprietor Allen Hatch to get an update on his dispute with landlord Paul Cooper.
Hatch and Cooper have been at odds over the placement of furniture for sale on the sidewalk outside the shop at 6085 Franklin Ave. Hatch has had to remove the items every weekend during business hours but he would like to leave them there to help draw customers' attention.
Hatch says that removing the furniture has severely damaged his business and he has hired legal counsel to combat what he believes is an effort to get him to move out of the building.

Cooper has maintained that he is only enforcing the city code and that Hatch is welcome to stay.
