Rapper Ice Spice Attacked By Fan At Hollywood McDonald's: Report

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Rapper Ice Spice was involved in an altercation at a Hollywood McDonald's this week that began when she was slapped by a fan inside the restaurant, TMZ reported.

TMZ published surveillance footage of the first installment of the saga, which occurred early Wednesday morning as the 26-year-old rapper was eating a meal inside the restaurant with a friend.

The fan approached the rapper's table and seemed to quickly suggest Ice Spice's dining companion slide over so she could join the party. The rapper seemed to decline, pointing the fan toward the door. The pair seemed to get into an argument that escalated when the other woman began slapping Ice Spice.

After that, the fan's friend intervened and dragged her off as Ice Spice jumped from table to table running after her.

Other video obtained by TMZ shows what happened after the brouhaha headed outside: Ice Spice and others throw verbal punches at each other. They end up crossing the street at one point, which is when the fan threw another punch at the rapper.

Ice Spice's attorney described the attack as unprovoked in a statement to TMZ.

"The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security," Bradford Cohen.

The fan, identified by TMZ only as Vayah, claimed the rapper was ruder to her when she tried to express her appreciation. Vayah said Ice Spice called her a "bitch," which prompted her to slap the rapper.

Ice Spice is a Bronx-born rapper who rose to prominence in 2022 with her breakout single “Munch (Feelin’ U)," which went viral on TikTok.

Known for her laid-back delivery and drill-influenced sound, her rapid rise has been fueled by a strong social media presence and a series of viral tracks that have helped cement her place in the genre’s current wave.
