Rodney Dangerfield's Widow Sued By Former Secretary
The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleges Joan Dangerfield owes her former employee back wages and overtime.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Joan Dangerfield was sued Wednesday by a former secretary who alleges she was denied meal and rest breaks and is owed back wages.
Felecia McEachin's Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit alleges she is owed back wages and overtime by Rodney Dangerfield's widow. A representative for Joan Dangerfield could not be immediately reached.
McEachin says she was hired in January 2014 and that her duties included transporting Dangerfield's nephew to and from school. But she alleges she was denied meal and rest breaks and at times found herself too occupied with her work for Dangerfield to use the restroom.

She also alleges Dangerfield threatened to fire her for doing her laundry at her boss' home. McEachin says she was too busy to clean her clothes at her residence.
She says she also was expected to use her own cell phone and car for work on Dangerfield's behalf.
