Upcoming Westcoast Rapper 03 Greedo sentenced to 20 years in jail

03 Greedo has been sentenced to 20 years behind bars on gun and drugs charges from 2016. The jail term stems from an arrest from 2016 where he and a friend were stopped by Potter County (Texas) Sherriff deputies. They claimed to have smelled marijuana which prompted them to open up the trunk and reportedly found four pounds of methamphetamine and two stolen firearms.

According to reports and Greedo's social media he took a plea deal on the case as he was possibly facing a 300 year sentence in prison.

o3 Greedo is a rapper from the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. He began to gain recognition for his Purple Summer mixtape series which started in 2016. He then saw more mainstream attention with the release of his first studio album, The Wolf of Grape Street.
