Water Mains Break in Hollywood, Again

Water main breaks were reported overnight in the areas of Hollywood, Hollywood Hills and Silver Lake, authorities said.

The Hollywood break was at Franklin and Whitley avenues, according to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

The Hollywood Hills break was at Cahuenga Boulevard and Cahuenga Terrace; and the Silver Lake break was at Robinson and Marathon streets, the LADWP said.

Utility crews were sent to handle the problems.
