Imperial Beach bands have a chance to show off skills at Battle of the Bands in Chula Vista at Memorial Park on July 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There's a $20 fee is per band to participate and the event is free to the public to watch as bands battle playing different types of music.
We should do something like this in IB too!
Bring your OWN instruments along with amplifiers if needed.
Bands will be notified what time to check in and what time they will play - be prepared 20 minutes before you go on.
The event will be held in the Memorial Bowl located in Memorial Park, right next to the Parkway Community Center
