Imperial Beach Sun & Sea Festival, San Diego’s largest sand sculpting festival, returns July 18

Mark your calendars as the Sun & Sea Festival returns this year, featuring a Masters sand carving competition on July 18, at Portwood Pier Plaza. Plans are underway for a street fair, and live entertainment throughout the day. Still to be determined is the children’s sand carving competition and a Friday night event. The City of Imperial Beach, with its perfect location and ideal weather, makes the Sun & Sea Festival a not-to-be-missed family fun event.
