Celebrating the Finale of the restoration of 111 -123 Elkwood Avenue

We have finally completed the renovation of these 5 cottages which took all of the year 2013. Thanks the long-suffering tenants, and all of the workmen and craftsmen who helped put the property back together. The gardens will be open and a few residents' homes. Photos of before and after will be there.

We took a 1935 Craftsman home once owned by the Fletcher Family and brought it "back to life" along with the grounds. We are proud of improving the safety of our residents and adding a spark of old world ambiance to the Imperial Beach community.
