Another beautiful morning in IB.
Cold, dry Santa Ana like winds blew in over night to groom our small waves. Faces are in the ankle to chest high zone on sets at your best known sandbar. I recommend waiting for the tide push to get the most of what's out there. Stay safe and stay wet!
The plume tracker indicates that particles released to follow the outpour of the Tijuana River are down and flowing slightly north of the river mouth but doesn't appear to be impacting Imperial Beach waters.
You can always call for a water update from the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health before hitting the water at 619-338-2073.
