Donate Blood At SDCCU Branches In San Diego's South Bay

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — San Diego County Credit Union is hosting blood drives Wednesday at six locations in San Diego County, including two branches in San Diego's South Bay.

The blood drives are in support of the San Diego Blood Bank, which SDCCU has supported for more than 20 years. Two of the blood drives are slated at the branches in Chula Vista and San Ysidro.

"The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has impacted blood drives and donations, and there is presently an extremely low inventory of blood," a news release from the financial institution said. "Hospital shelves are almost empty and this short supply is affecting thousands of patients. The community is encouraged to help — lives depend on it!"

The blood drives are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following locations. Click on the links below to schedule an appointment:
