Boy Scout Troop 831 is conducting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser, at the VFW post, in Imperial Beach. Scouts camp-out kitchen will be on display. You do not have to be a VFW member to attend this event. The troop meets weekly at 7pm at the United Methodist Church of Imperial Beach.
