The 23rd Kidz 'N Kastles Competition, which is in part, sponsored by the Optomist Club of Imperial Beach, also takes place here from 2 - 3:30 p.m. Raffle prizes and winners of the Kidz competition will be announced on the main stage from 4 - 5 p.m.
