Often guided by two teachers, this class will focus on the fundamentals of the asanas as well as breath and alignment. The Basics class is good for all levels from the first-timer who wants to learn about yoga to the seasoned yogi who wants to check back in with the root. Neither experience nor flexibility are required. The class will include explanations of seated and standing postures, introduction to mountain pose, sun salutations, back-bends and forward folds.
