What should have been a small finder bender when an Explorer rear-ended a Toyota Truck on Palm Ave. at Florence Ave. turned into a hours long bumper-to-bumper mess.
This afternoon around 4 P.M. the Explorer's bumper was just the right height to cause the two bumpers to 'lock', rendering them both undriveable - and really hard to tow too!
