Heat Advisory Issued: Imperial Beach Weather Forecast

IMPERIAL BEACH, CA – The week is kicking off warm, with a heat advisory issued for the San Diego County coastal areas, including Imperial Beach, from 10 a.m. Monday through 10 p.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

A heat advisory means that heat-related illnesses are likely because of the hot temperatures. Weather officials advised residents to drink plenty of fluids, stay in air conditioning, stay out of the sun and check in on relatives and neighbors. Weather officials also reminded residents to never leave kids or pets unattended in cars.
