Imperial Beach July 4th Fireworks 2020 Canceled: See Events

IMPERIAL BEACH, CA — Independence Day events across the country will not look the same this year, thanks to the coronavirus. Many cities and organizations decided to cancel their Fourth of July events, including Imperial Beach, which canceled its annual Pier Plaza fireworks and Navy Band extravaganza, along with Coronado, Chula Vista and San Ysidro.

But throughout San Diego County, there are some live fireworks displays still planned — including in Vista, Poway, Santee and El Cajon. Plus several communities are hosting stay-home, patriotic fun.
