3. This year's harvest moon will occur on Monday over Imperial Beach. The moon will appear full for about three days around this time, from Sunday morning through Tuesday morning. (City News Service)
4. A 53-year-old San Diego County resident is the first locally acquired human case of West Nile Virus this year, the county Health and Human Services Agency announced. (City News Service)
