Man Stabbed In San Ysidro

SAN YSIDRO, CA — A 24-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach and received facial fractures in the attack, police said Sunday.

The victim was found in the 600 block of East San Ysidro Boulevard at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, San Diego Police Department officials said.

The victim told authorities he couldn't remember the attack or where it happened, police said.
