<p>CHULA VISTA, CA — Authorities Thursday publicly identified a 49-year-old man who died last weekend in a motorcycle crash in a Chula Vista intersection.<br /></p><p>Jacob Cogburn of Chula Vista was riding to the east on Telegraph Canyon Road when his two-wheeler collided with a vehicle at Medical Center Drive shortly before 7:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.</p><p>Paramedics took Cogburn to Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.</p><p><em>— City News Service</em><br /></p>
