Free COVID-19 Vaccines for SUHSD students Ages 16 and up

Sweetwater Union High School district and City Of Chula Vista have organized vaccination services for students at The following sites:

Please remember to bring a student I.D. or CA I.D. card.
Vaccination Clinic Sign Up for May 11th

Time: Open from 9am – 2pm
Date: Tuesday, May 11, 2021
Location: Castle Park High school
Targeted to: Castle Park High, Hilltop High and Chula Vista High School Students, but open to all SUHSD students and staff

Please remember to bring a student I.D. or CA I.D. card.
Vaccination Clinic Sign Up for May 13th

Time: Open from 9am – 2pm
Date: Thursday, May 13, 2021
Location: Eastlake High School
Targeted to: Eastlake High, Bonita Vista High, Otay Ranch High and Olympian High School Students, but open to all SUHSD students and staff.

*Additional student vaccination days are being organized the week of May 17th to be held at Montgomery High, Southwest High and San Ysidro High in collaboration with UCSD health. More info to come!
