The End Zone BarberSpa and the Boys & Girls Club of South County are teaming up for an essay contest to ask local kids why their dad is awesome.
Each participant will receive a gift certificate to get dad a haircut and shampoo with a razor and hot towel finish.
"Everyone's a winner and gets to take home a gift certificate for their dad," said owner Darkita Patton.
Essays should be dropped off at the Odermatt Clubhouse at the Boys & Girls Club of South County, Imperial Beach.
Deadline is Thursday.
1st place receives a facial, one-hour massage, manicure and pedicure, hair cut and shampoo with a razor and hot towel finish.
2nd place gets a 30-minute massage, hair cut and shampoo with a razor and hot towel finish.
3rd place gets a 15-minute stress relief massage, hair cut and shampoo with a razor and hot towel finish.
The End Zone BarberSpa offers spa treatment for men with sports on TV and a pool table.
