• Clutch, Blackwater Holylight, The Holy Corrupt, and More Booked for The Mojave Experience Festival (ghostcultmag.com) — A major three-day Mojave Experience music festival is set for March 19–21, 2027 at Joshua Tree Lake & Campground, bringing nationally known desert rock and heavy bands to town. Organizers encourage attendees to camp, hike, and climb while soaking in the High Desert's music culture, making this a significant tourism and entertainment draw for Joshua Tree residents and businesses.
• Missing Joshua Tree child located at hotel in city of San Bernardino (z1077fm.com) — Deputies responded Thursday evening to a report of a missing child from a home on Crestview Drive in Joshua Tree after the non-custodial mother allegedly pulled the child through a window and drove off. Authorities later found her at a San Bernardino hotel, safely recovered the child, and arrested the suspect on burglary, robbery, and court-order violation charges before she was released on bail.
