Take a break and recharge your body and mind with a relaxing sound bath meditation experience. 
Sound bath meditation is an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. It uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and sometimes the human voice, to create a landscape of sound that washes over you. The combination of sound waves are designed to be heard but also felt physically, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, and encouraging a deep state of relaxation. This may help lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels, and slow the heart rate, inviting the body to potentially heal and restore itself and enhance wellbeing.
Bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillow/water if possible.
