
Open to any interested athlete in 6th-8th grade. Train to run faster and be more explosive! Learn the proper mechanics of Olympic lifting in a safe and instructive manner! Begin to develop core strength which is vital to athletic performance! The St. Francis Golden Knights Strength and Conditioning Program is offering two Youth Speed and Strength Sessions on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Session I will last from 8:00 -10:00 am.
