TheraYoga Studio opened on June 3rd, offering yoga and pilates in Montrose 7-days a week. Our specialty is therapeutic yoga, and our mission is to offer safe and beneficial practices for all students – whether you’re a beginner, experienced yogi, recovering from an injury, or living with a special condition.
