Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on 210 Freeway
The motorcyclist went down after the crash and may have been hit by a car, according to the CHP

GLENDALE, CA - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the northbound Glendale (2) Freeway on Wednesday night near the Glendale-La Canada Flintridge border.
The crash occurred about 9:45 p.m. just south of the Foothill (210) Freeway and temporarily shut down four lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place about 9:45 p.m. according to the CHP.

The motorcyclist went down after the crash and may have been hit by a car driven by a woman, CHP Officer Patrick Kimball said.
It's not clear whether the man died from crashing his motorcycle or being struck by a car. The man died at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.

The fatal crash shut down the Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 lanes on the Glendale Freeway. The number 1 lane remained open as of 11 p.m.
The CHP declared a SigAlert at 10:28 p.m. The lanes were expected to remain closed for several hours while the CHP conducts its death and accident investigation.
