Warnings of an antibiotic that may cause nerve damage/ Diabetes caregivers in La Canada- Flintridge

The FDA has issued a warning that a class of antibiotics, called fluroquinolones, has been linked to serious and sometimes permanent nerve damage called peripheral neuropathy.

Nauropathy is a group of disorders that occurs when nerves in your body (outside of the spine and brain) are damaged. This is often described as a tingling or burning sensation and is often associated with diabetes, or poor nutrition.

A-1 Home Care provides careful assistance for diabetic or nerve damaged elders around the home. We know the importance of careful examination of the feet and limbs with severely diabetic patients.

Our offices are open 27/7 for your call. Speak with a representative at 818-980-0094 for assistance.
