Woman's Body Dumped Near Angeles Crest Highway
Sheriff's deputies are investigating the stabbing death of an unidentified woman dumped north of La Cañada Flintridge.
LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE, CA – A deputy said sheriff's detectives were investigating the stabbing death Sunday of a woman found dumped on the Angeles Crest Highway north of La Cañada Flintridge.
The unidentified woman was found about 1:30 p.m. near mile marker 30.45, which is about three miles north of the Foothill (210) Freeway, and north of La Canada Flintridge, according to Deputy Wally Bracks and Google maps.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Bracks said. Her name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.

No suspect information was immediately available, according sheriff's homicide Lt. John Corina. The investigation was ongoing.
