Street Closures Expected In Laguna Beach For Annual Patriots Day
The parade will shut down several streets in the downtown Laguna Beach area, city officials said.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The 57th Annual Patriots Day Parade is underway, and residents were encouraged to save the date for Saturday, March 2, as the city prepares for the celebration.
Residents who attend the event will enjoy a parade festive floats, school bands, vintage automobiles and novelty groups, all held in honor of citizens who have served the community and those who have served the nation in times of war.
According to the city, the route for the parade will start at Laguna Beach High School before proceeding down Park Avenue to Glenneyre Street. The parade will then turn right before proceeding down Forest Avenue and toward Laguna Beach City Hall.

As a result of the parade, residents can expect street closures in the downtown area from 9 a.m. until about 1:30 p.m., with additional parking restrictions in place.
The 57th Annual Patriots Day Parade takes place at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 2.
