The clouds momentarily parted on Wednesday in Laguna Beach after days of heavy rain.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The clouds have finally begun to part after a days-long storm pummeled the Southland, unleashing havoc in the form of spinouts, mudslides and flooding in Orange County.
In Laguna Beach, the weather has taken a change for the brighter — for now.
