A.M. Cosmetic Surgery Clinics Buys $791,000 Building
A.M. Cosmetic Surgery Clinics has purchased a 2,600-sq.ft. building in Laguna Beach for $791,000, according to CDC Small Business Finance, a nonprofit SBA lender that facilitated the transaction.
The owners of the plastic and cosmetic surgery clinic took advantage of an SBA-504 loan to buy the building located at 32406 Pacific Coast Highway.
The SBA-504 program allows small businesses to finance the purchase of commercial real estate and large equipment with a 10% down-payment. Loans range in size from $250,000 to over $15 million. Small businesses can find out if they qualify for an SBA-504 loan by clicking on CDC’s Prequalify Today.
