The ceremony takes place Thursday, June 11 at the pizzeria.

Truly Pizza recently made headlines after it landed at No. 4 on the 2026 edition of 50 Top Pizza USA.

The South Orange County-based pizzeria also took home the Pizza of the Year honor for its Umami Mushroom Pizza, a white pie layered with roasted mushrooms, toasted sesame oil, a seed crust and bonito flakes.

"To receive this honor for a third consecutive year while simultaneously growing into new communities is incredibly rewarding," Truly Pizza co-founder Donna Baldwin said in a written release. "Opening Laguna Beach has already been such an exciting milestone for us, and we’re grateful to continue sharing Truly Pizza with even more guests across Southern California."

The ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place at 10:45 a.m. on June 11 at Truly Pizza, 320 N. Coast Highway. The event is open to the public, and residents can register here.
