LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A canyon fire shut down a main road in Laguna Beach Sunday evening, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 5:53 p.m. Friday near Laguna Canyon Road.
According to police, the fire prompted authorities to shut down outbound traffic for the main road for at least a half-hour.
As of 6:25 p.m., authorities said the fire was confined to the canyon.
The size of the fire was not immediately known.
