• New Wildfire Detection System Founded By OC Teen Deployed In Laguna Beach (patch.com) — Laguna Beach has rolled out a new AI-powered wildfire detection network from Orange County startup SensoRy AI, founded by Irvine teen Ryan Honary. Sensors now cover high-risk open spaces and canyons, feeding real-time data into the Laguna Beach Fire Department's planning tools to speed up detection, response, and evacuation decisions. City officials say the system proved effective in earlier Orange County tests.
