LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A Laguna Beach home owned by the late, great Diane Keaton hit the market this week for $10.3 million, The Orange County Register reported.
The 2,698-square-foot blufftop home was built in 1976 and is located directly above Table Rock Beach, the report said. The home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a multi-level interior with ocean views.
According to the report, Arizona-based entity Laguna Beach Residence LLC purchased the renovated property for $7.9 million from Keaton, who was acting as a trustee under her legal name, Diane Hall.
Keaton died in Oct. 2025 in Santa Monica. She was perhaps best known for winning a best actress Oscar for her performance in the 1977 film "Annie Hall. She was also well-known for her roles in "The Godfather" trilogy, "Reds" and more.
