Attorney Mark T. Guithues to Speak at CACM Orange County Luncheon

Attorney Mark T. Guithues will be a featured speaker at the California Association of Community Managers Orange County Luncheon.

Attorney Mark T. Guithues, one of the first community managers to register with the fledgling California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in 1992, is scheduled to speak at the CACM Orange County Luncheon on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the Hilton Orange County, 3050 Bristol Street in Costa Mesa, CA. “This informative forum starts with an overview of the claim-settlement process, but goes well beyond the basics,” said Guithues, a longtime supporter of CACM.

In addition to reviewing California’s Fair Claims Settlement Practices, claim types faced by managers and details such as the “whys” and “hows” of exclusions, attendees will learn how to apply practical claims-management techniques to streamline the process and get paid for their time and effort.

“Settling claims is never fun, but there are game-winning strategies that can help you maneuver the process,” said Guithues, who presently serves on the CACM Legislative Action Committee. “The CACM Orange County Luncheon is also a great opportunity to network and share knowledge with other industry professionals and review real-world examples of claims submitted by you and your fellow community managers.”
