Attorney Warren Morten Analyzes the Anatomy of Trademarks

Warren Morten, managing partner of the The Morten Law Group, PC, who focuses on business law, recently spoke at an Orange County Paralegal Association event on the anatomy of trademarks and trademark applications. “I gave the presentation to teach the IP Section of the OC Paralegal Association about trademark applications, how to file an application, the process, and the basics about trademarks and service marks,” said Morten.

Morten was tapped to speak at the event due to his expertise in trademark registrations, confidentiality agreements, IP licensing, trade secret protections, and other intellectual property matters. He also has years of experience in compliance, human resources, risk management, corporate governance, litigation management, and commercial contracts.

“It was a sold-out event for the third straight year,” said Morten. “Attendees of the event, which was held at Gibson Dunn in Orange County, enjoyed the presentation and learned a lot.”
