Beachbody’s 12 days of Christmas
Everyone loves the food and treats that are always on hand this time of year. Ultimately, that means it is quite easy to pack on the pounds. Luckily, Beachbody can help keep everyone on the track of good health. I love their product line; it keeps me motivated so I continue to eat right and exercise. Shaun T (one of the trainers who leads the Insanity and Focus T25 videos) is so motivating and inspiring, he actually makes the workouts fun! What I have found works best for me is to keep things balanced. I know a lot of people who eat all kinds of junk and then go over the top on exercise. Or on the flip side, they eat perfectly and then do not exercise at all. In reality, life is all about balance. Eating right and exercise are both important in living a healthy lifestyle. I really like their whey protein powder as part of my diet. I eat a lot of veggies and I sometimes I notice I don’t eat enough protein so the powder definitely helps. I hope they include that in the giveaway!
Like I said, the most important part during the holidays – and the rest of the year actually – is moderation. Eat a sensible diet and exercise regularly and that will go a long way to keep you fit!
