A girl can feel threatened for anything that makes her feel ‘Less Than’. It could be looks, personality, smarts, or material things.

The bottom line is this: When a Girl sees another girl who has something that she wants she has two choices.
Choice #1: Be Happy for the girl.
Choice #2: Be Jealous of the girl.
The 2nd choice unleashes the Mean Girl.
You know what I'm talking about... A pretty girl walks into the room and before you know it she has several daggered eyes, whispers, and snubbed noses all aimed at her before she even has a chance to say hello.
These mean girls are afraid the 'pretty' girl will take the spotlight away from them. They have ONE goal and ONE goal only….They want that pretty girl to DIM HER LIGHT.
The sad thing is; those catty looks and whispers usually work. At this point you have a lose-lose situation. The Mean Girl is ruling the situation with her nasty mean girl power and the pretty girl is dimming her light and feeling unconfident. No one is being true to themselves. No one is winning.

ACCEPT YOURSELF. BE YOURSELF.
When you ACCEPT YOURSELF you don't compare yourself to others. When you BE YOURSELF you rise above it all and don't even care what people think.
