Can GoPro Stunt Jumper Survive His 15 Seconds of Fame?

He may have survived his 15 seconds of fame, but a Laguna Beach stunt jumper could be neck deep in trouble.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Stunt jumper known as 8Booth on his Youtube Channel has made Laguna Beach his playground multiple viral videos.

Seen wearing a GoPro as he raced through a Laguna Beach hotel to the top floor, breathing hard gearing up for the big leap over the balcony and into the pool several stories below.

It is unclear if "8Boothy" had permission from the hotel to make the jump, and Laguna Beach Police have been contacted for comment this afternoon.

GoPro footage shows the Youtuber scaling a fence next to a “No Trespassing” sign, then racing down a hotel hall, up a flight of stairs, then looking down at the pool.In the next sequence of the video, he sprints down the stairs to a wide deck overlooking the pool. "8Booth" climbs over the rail and lunges from the edge down into the water.

He then flees out of the pool, away from the hotel to a nearby beach.

In what he calls a "legendary Table Rock Roof Jump," he scales a wall, races across a private Table Rock property to jump off of the roof into the ocean on the other side.

In another video, he is seen climbing a sea wall, then over a balcony rail and racing across to jump into the ocean on the other side. Is it art? is it trespassing? Death defying? or annoying?

These "parkour" style jumps are not new for the Youtuber, who has been seen jumping locations and frantically racing across Laguna Beach. He wears a trademark mask, as many parkour athletes do to maintain his anonymity, though Talk921.com has outed him as Thomas Johnson. This has not yet been confirmed.
