Downed Power Pole On Laguna Canyon Road Causes Traffic Nightmare
A crash on Laguna Canyon/133 sparked a road closure at the El Toro and Phillips Street, Wednesday.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA —A car struck a power pole on Laguna canyon Road, causing traffic mayhem, Wednesday, police said. The road reopened at just after 12:15 p.m.
Live wires fell onto the roadway after the crash, and repair crews worked quickly to return things to normal. The road was closed approximately 2 hours, Laguna Beach police.
Both inbound and outbound traffic was at a standstill eastbound at the Laguna College of Art and Design, and at a crawl between Phillips Street and Willow Canyon Road.
