Construction Projects To Watch For In Laguna Beach 2024
Laguna Beach residents can expect a number of construction projects to come to a close this year, according to city officials.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Buckle up, Laguna Beach — there are a number of notable construction projects scheduled to take place town now that the holiday season has drawn to a close.
According to the city officials, there are seven total construction projects occurring this year — three of those projects are city projects, and four of those projects are Caltrans projects.

Public Works Construction Projects
- Park Avenue Utility Undergrounding
- Where: Park Avenue from St. Anns to Wendt Terrace.
- Completion date: Jan. 2024.

- Laguna Canyon Road Median Improvements
- Where: Forest Avenue to Canyon Acres Drive.
- Completion date: Jan. 2024.

- Diamond Utility Undergrounding
- Where: Diamond Street from Crestview to Catalina Street.
- Completion date: March 2024.

Caltrans Construction Projects
- Coast Highway Street Resurfacing
- Where: North City Limits to Ledroit Street and Seventh Avenue to South City Limits.
- Completion date: Jan. 2024.
