The talented chefs at PIRCH at SOCO in Costa Mesa will be teaching recipes straight from their own cookbooks on July 26.
If you’re a fan of baking delicious desserts from a cookbook, but could use that extra help to make sure the steps are executed flawlessly, you need to join the talented chefs at PIRCH at SOCO in Costa Mesa on Sunday, July 26 from 11:30 – 1pm! We will be reading, baking, and of course, eating popular dessert recipes from “The Pie and Pastry Bible” by Rose Levy Beranbaum and “Bake” - by Alison Thompson.
You can focus on kneading, rolling, twisting, and baking your heart out, while we worry about guiding the process. Trust us, you will leave well learned and well fed. Space is limited, so reserve your seat early by stopping in the PIRCH showroom.
