Delay In Million Dollar Sea Wall Fine, Judge Says
A Laguna Beach couple will not have to pay a $1 million fine, at least...not yet, according to the courts.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Laguna Beach homeowners of 11 Lagunita will not have to pay a fine levied on their home's "illegal sea wall," at least not yet, Orange County Superior Court Judge Randall J. Sherman said Friday
That wall is currently protecting the $25 million residence from the encroaching ocean waves, can remain until after the June 2019 court case,the OC Register reported.
Earlier this year, the Coastal Commission ordered that the Katz's pay the $1 million fine as well as tear down the wall.
