LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Be aware, Laguna Beach: More construction is coming to the downtown area.
The city announced details about downtown street and sidewalk improvements starting Monday, Oct. 12 this week.
The work will include sidewalk replacement, roadway patching and slurry seal, the city said.

Impacted residents and businesses will have notices delivered to them by the city.
According to the city, the following streets will be impacted started Oct. 12 through mid-December.

- Beach Street
- Second Street
- Park Avenue
- Ramona Avenue
- Ocean Avenue
- Third Street
- Mermaid Street
- Eiler Larson Lane
- Broadway Place
Residents can expect crews working from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Schedules may shift due to weather or unexpected conditions, city officials said.
