Dramatic Early Morning Crash on Laguna Beach Temple Hills Drive

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Early Sunday morning, Laguna Beach Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to a dramatic crash at the 2000 block of Temple Hills Drive.

"Our units along with Laguna Beach Police Department, arrived at the scene to a cut and rescue," LBFD information officers said.

Crews arrived on scene to find a sedan on its side.

"The driver and passenger self extricated and only had minor injuries," LBFD stated.

Both were taken to local hospitals for further evaluation. There was no word as to their condition, or if alcohol was involved.

According to residents, this stretch of Temple Hills Drive is a dangerous roadway.

Instagram user @DeeDeeDevi commented on the speeding through that particular neighborhood.

"People speed on the street and it's becoming this dangerous," she said.
