Emerald Bay Ban Faces Manslaughter Charge in Laguna Beach Hit and Run
A 20-year-old man has been charged in the fatal hit and run accident that killed John Greg Colvin in Laguna Beach.

Hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter charges were filed today against a 20-year-old man in the death of a bicyclist in Laguna Beach.
Dylan Thomas Randluby of Emerald Bay faces one count each of felony hit- and-run with injury and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, according to Deputy District Attorney Stephen Cornwell.
Randluby was driving a 2005 Toyota Prius north on North Coast Highway just before 7 p.m. last June 17 when he swerved -- why was unclear -- and his vehicle struck 55-year-old John Greg Colvin in the bike lane, Cornwell said.
