Emergency Replacement Of Laguna Beach Warning Sign Begins Monday
Lanes will be closed on Monday near El Morro Bay Elementary School for the replacement of a failing overhead sign structure.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — On Monday, March 26, Caltrans will mobilize to remove and replace a failing overhead sign structure located on North Coast Highway, approximately 2000 feet south of the El Morro Elementary School entrance, Laguna Beach City Manager John Pietig reported.
Work will be conducted on weekdays between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to Pietig, with intermittent closures of the shoulder and/or outside travel lane can be expected through May 31, 2018.
One northbound lane will be maintained for travel and southbound lanes will not be affected during this period.
